Classroom Diy with Cricut: moodboard
This one's a really easy project. If you're a teacher who owns a Cricut, you can make this in no time for your classroom. Or if you're just a Cricut created, you can try this out and donate this to someone you know.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
charts
Cardstock
Cricut machine (explore/maker)
Standard mat
Scoring stylus/ scoring wheel
Popsicle Sticks
Markers
Cricut pens
Procedure:
For the heading, you use a normal cardstock and type out the words and choose any fonts in cricut design space.
Click on the operation option and give the draw function. You can even make a rectangular border and set it on basic cut option.
Now set the cardstock and click on make it.
You can either draw the temple on any designing platform and upload it, or you can simply download the template from any authentic website. Once you've uploaded this design save it as a print then cut file. So that the scoring lines are visible.
Once it opens up on cricut design space, place all the scoring lines upon the image and select it all and flate.
Now go to the layers option, click on the print then cut layer and change the function to basic cut.
You can now change the size of the file with reference to your chart size and the builder of folders you'd like to make.
Don't forget to place the scoring stylus before you hit the go button. After the cut is complete, glue the pocket to make it stable.
Once your folders are ready, you can make the people and emotions with the help of print then cut. You can use canva to download images that you want. Canva also has a good variety of free fonts.
The name writing on popsicle stick can be done by the teacher or kids themselves. Now all that's left for you to do is arrange all the pockets and other cut outs on the chart. And you're good to to go! As simple as that.
